What you will need
- A fact sheet with approved features, availability, prices and any required wording
- One channel, one audience and a named target language or locale
- A competent reviewer for the target language before public use
Step by step
Freeze the facts first
Write a small fact list and mark anything uncertain. Separate evidence from desired tone. Do not ask a writing tool to invent reviews, certifications, guarantees, discounts or delivery dates. Use fictional details for a first test rather than private customer information.
Draft a concise source message
Canva Magic Write or Rytr are candidates for a first draft. Specify the audience, channel, length and allowed facts. Ask for two alternatives so you can compare wording rather than accepting the first output. Rytr’s researched Free plan lists one language; its 35+ language claim is for Premium.
Translate only after checking eligibility
DeepL is a candidate for short-text translation. Confirm that the precise source/target pair and any needed glossary or formality feature are available in your plan. A vendor’s language total does not guarantee every feature in every language. Preserve names, URLs, model numbers and factual amounts.
Review meaning and local wording separately
Ask the language reviewer to check the promise, politeness, idioms and call to action against the fact sheet. If you use QuillBot, LanguageTool or Grammarly for another pass, check that its specific rewrite or correction feature supports the language. A fluent sentence can still be factually wrong.
Read the final message in its destination
Check character limits, line breaks, links, numerals and any required disclosure. Compare the final version with the fact sheet again. Keep both the source and the approved translation so a later price or feature change does not leave an old translated claim online.
A small, safe example
Draft request: Write two friendly social captions, each under 35 words, using only these fictional facts: the Cedar notebook has 80 blank pages and a green paper cover. Audience: people who sketch. End with “See the notebook.” Do not add environmental, quality, stock, price or delivery claims. After review, adapt the selected caption into the target language without changing the facts.
Limitations to keep in view
- Language support varies by task and plan; the catalog does not establish all source/target pairs
- Free generation allowances, character limits and platform differences must be checked for the exact feature
- No output-quality test or professional translation review has been performed here
If the tool doesn't work for you
Use a short, human-reviewed message with fewer claims. If the language cannot be reviewed, keep the approved source version rather than publishing an unchecked translation.
